A clear fair skin is a desire almost all of us have! We almost crave for a glowing skin. In a struggle to get a flawless beautiful skin, we spend thousands of money in surgeries and expensive advertised creams, regardless of the post side effects. There are numerous creams available in the market which claims to glow your skin but are a total disappointment when used.

INTERNAL MEASURES FOR A HEALTHY GLOWING SKIN

Working on the external skin to make it glow is partially important unless you are healthy from inside, the measures are totally useless. With some internal efforts, you can make your skin glow naturally instead of using harsh chemical products and expensive surgeries.

The most important internal measures which you must take for a healthy looking skin are as follow:

INCREASE YOUR WATER INTAKE:

For me, this is certainly the most important factor and the first basic step for a healthy looking skin. Drinking almost 8-10 glasses of water a day serves an external and internal moisturizer for your skin. It also helps your skin to be hydrated in summers as well as in winters. Good water intake is particularly helpful for those who have oily skins. It banishes the excessive oil unwanted by their skin.  Drinking water more than usual will also help people who are weight conscious.

SOME IMPORTANT VITAMINS YOU MUST TAKE:

Well, this is particularly important, for a clear glowing skin. Intake of some important vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E will actually help you maintain a healthy glowing skin. Vitamin A is particularly good for dry and aging skins while vitamin E is a good source of reducing free radicals in a body caused by sun exposure or pollution. However, a youthful or a smooth skin can actually be achieved be the intake of vitamin C.

Vitamin A: Eggs, carrots, dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt)

Vitamin E: Peanuts, olives, leafy greens, spinach

Vitamin C: tomato, cucumber, oranges, guava.

AVOID OVER SPICY AND OILY FOODS:

Intake of fluids and juices are quite important for a healthy looking skin, it has a water content which is obviously very imperative, plus the essential fruits make it a perfect mixture of a wholesome juice, a must have for a vibrant looking skin.
